Problem Note 54415: Project export fails with "Unable to add a directory to the version." if, for example, the project name includes an "ñ" (Spanish/Portuguese)

In SAS® OpRisk VaR, the export of a project might fail if a project name includes special characters; for example, a project whose name includes an n with a diacritical tilde (ñ) as in Spanish and Portuguese. When this problem is encountered, an error like the following occurs:
Error: An error occurred when exporting home / sasopsrv / export / project_name.zip
Unable to add a directory to the version.
